PA nominated in the prestigious Golden Arrow 2018 plebiscite

The Golden Arrow competition is a unique event organized since 2006 by Polish Marketing Association and VFP Communications – publisher of the Media i Marketing Polska magazine. Experienced competition jury evaluates the submitted works in view of their innovativeness and creativity.

We are very proud to inform you that #PA was nominated in the Golden Arrow 2018 competition in the category of Design. The project submitted by us involves world’s most innovative application together with an intuitive multimedia screen for the visitors of a legendary Atlantis The Palm hotel in Dubai. This five-star resort is a technologically advanced facility for which we have designed among others the graphic for the Mobile Concierge application making it possible for example to:

  • book a room
  • use remote check-in/check-out option
  • order services, drinks
  • book a table in the restaurant

Apart from the mobile application, we have also developed the design of the system of multimedia screens, with the Wayfinder map as its main functionality. Via a 65-inch screen, apart from navigation through the hotel, the guests have the access to an intuitive timeline and can browse tourist attractions available within the resort. Intuitive and clear layout makes using the multimedia totem extremely simple and convenient.

We will struggle for the place on the podium in the Design category with such brands as: Heineken, Vogue and Trzy Korony. Results of the competition will be announced during a formal gala held on June 21st 2018 in Warsaw.

We won the tender for the next BP catalogue!


We rule in the area of tenders! We proved it by winning the next tender for all-year communication strategy of the loyalty program for one of the greatest PAYBACK partners – BP petrol stations network.


We are going to be responsible for preparing and implementing the creative concept of 2018/2019 Prize Catalogue as well as for materials supporting its promotion on petrol stations and online, among others: the layout of BP prize Catalogue together with flyers, POS materials, Social Media communication strategy, banners for the website as well as mailings. We have been providing BP, one of the biggest petrol stations chains in Poland, with marketing support already for 4 years. Our portfolio includes managing marketing communication of one of the biggest partners of the PAYBACK loyalty program in the years 2016-2018, which resulted in BP prize Catalogues with total circulation of over 2 million copies.

PAYBACK is one of the biggest loyalty programs in Poland – over 7 million people are using it, including 3 million BP clients. The main element of this project consists in BP prize Catalogue offering the clients the possibility to exchange collected points into attractive products and take them home from over 500 BP stations in Poland or to have them delivered directly to a chosen address.

We won the tender for the next BP catalogue!

Choosing Valentine’s Day gift is the source of sleepless nights for many people. Everywhere around, shops attract us with hundreds of special offers and promotions which make us feel dizzy. It is not easy to make a choice when we really want to find the right thing. In order to facilitate this task, LOT Polish Airlines organized special promotion during which the clients had the opportunity to buy tickets for the couple at a special price. PA agency was responsible for the creative concept of this advertising campaign. Having modified a little the lyrics of the song by The Beatles, we were communicating that LOT is all you need for you and your loved one on Valentine’s Day.

“All you need is LOT” – this was the slogan of the Valentine’s Day Promotion. On February 12th – 14th 2018, the clients had the opportunity to get a surprise for their loved one by organizing a romantic trip to a chosen destination. Marketing activities undertaken by us were conducted not only on the Polish market, but also in Germany, France, Italy and Hungary. Within the framework of the project, we were responsible among others for the Key Visual, promotional slogan, mailings, banners as well as graphic creations for the website and social media.

PA has been providing its services to LOT Polish Airlines for 4 years. In the agency we are responsible for preparing creative concepts both for sales as well as image campaigns. The results of activities undertaken by PromoAgency for LOT can be seen offline and online on nearly 35 markets all over the world.

We build the character of the new SWISS KRONO brand

Nowadays, the world is all about design, latest trends are the mixture of styles shaping new concepts and communication has never been so accessible. However, without an appropriate strategy, tailor-made to match its recipients, it is difficult to reach them through the surrounding jungle of communications. So if we want the campaign to bring tangible results, we need to prepare for it in an appropriate way. How did it look like in the case of SWISS KRONO, brand constituting the symbol of Swiss quality?

SWISS KRONO brand, having included in its offer new products – WALLDESIGN decorative elements – established the cooperation with our agency consisting in developing the communication strategy, launching campaign as well as marketing materials for the new products. We say it openly that the cooperation with such an experienced partner is a great honor for us as it is impossible to remain indifferent towards the brand with over 50 years of experience. SWISS KRONO is the biggest manufacturer of wood-based panels and other products in Poland. In response to the latest trends and the needs of its clients, the company launched the collection of WALLDESIGN decorative elements.

Within the framework of our cooperation, apart from the communication strategy and launching campaign, we were also responsible for the naming and branding of the new product as well as for promotional materials which will not only present wall innovations, but will also become the inspiration to shape the surrounding space. We have designed press advertisement with brand ambassador Tomasz Kammel as well as got involved in the organization and coordination of a popular competition “Become a WALLDESIGNER”. We invited Alina Szklarska, the owner of a popular Design Your Life Blog, to cooperate with us. Our tasks included also the preparation of modern setting and color scheme of the WALLDESIGN product catalogue.

Taking a step further, we developed the website dedicated to the product (microsite), product and sensational animation as well as BTL and digital materials in order maximize the potential of reaching brand recipients constituting at the same time its potential clients, putting the accent on new products and their promotion.

WALLDESIGN is available online and from SWISS KRONO distributors as well as in such stores as Castorama, Leroy Merlin or Europlus.

WOW! What a jazz!

What do you associate Chicago with? Skyscrapers, basketball, Lake Michigan, Married… with Children, Kargul and Pawlak from a Polish comedy and with… jazz! There were times when only very few people could afford to travel to this city, but today, it is within everybody’s reach.

After over 7 years, LOT Polish Airlines have again launched direct connection Cracow-Chicago. Due to this fact, specific challenges were assigned to the PA agency: creating online and offline promotional materials, preparing the concept, graphic creations as well as marketing services.

Within the framework of the concept we developed dedicated Key Visual presenting cultural connection between Chicago and Cracow. The prepared graphic referred to Cracow folklore as well as jazz music which constitutes the characteristic element of both cities and for this reason, the motto of the campaign was “What a jazz!”.

PA tasks included developing promotional materials which appeared in online and offline channels. We designed mailings, sponsored advertisements in two language versions, graphics for Social Media as well as dedicated landing page. We were also responsible for preparing press advertisement, billboards, flags, screens at the airport as well as special headrests for plane seats together with additional gadgets.
